Jeff Bezos’ Amazon Sold Another Book Featuring Child Sex Abuse Material. This One Featured a Three Year Old.
A Florida school bus driver, Jimmy Tate, decided to share a book he’d written with a 9th grade girl at Viera High School in Brevard County.
The book was “about a man raping a young girl.”
Equally disturbing was the book was available to purchase on Amazon.
According to the arrest affidavit the book is called, “Daddy’s Little Girl.” It had graphic details of “an adult male engaged in sexual activity with a three-year-old female.”
I searched Amazon but was unable to find it. Thankfully, a Google search of Author Jimmy Tate provided evidence that the book was sold on Amazon.
Clearly Amazon was notified that child sex abuse material was being published on its platform. When I clicked on the Google search link the book was no longer available.
Back in 2010 Amazon sold the electronic book, “The Pedophile’s Guide to Love and Pleasure: a Child-lover’s Code of Conduct,” by Philip R. Greaves II. In response Bezos’ company told the blog TechCrunch “Amazon.com believes it is censorship not to sell certain titles because we believe their message is objectionable.” The book was later taken down after reaching #96 in Amazon’s Top 100 List.
